IMPORTANT NOTES: 

• You may park in the BCCS Staff parking lot located behind the Japanese Learning institute (the one story brick building), in the parking lot next to the school, or on the street. Do not park at the Japanese American Community Center (JCC) unless instructed to by a YPICS administrator.

• Breakfast is on your own. Finish your food and drinks before 8:00am. You will not be able to bring any food or drink onto the floor in the gymnasium.  

• The opening session will take place in the JCC gym and start promptly at 8am.

• Lunch will be provided. 

• Do not wear heels or hard sole shoes; doing so breaks our agreement with the JACC. Please wear comfortable shoes.
